Cheese and chutney on baguette slices (Local: homemade green tomato and apple chutney, bread. Regional: cheddar cheese.)

Bourbon Red turkey (Local: turkey, sage, marjoram, parsley. Regional: unrefined cane sugar, butter.)

The English version of head cheese. Pig head, trotters, lemon, parsley, allspice...set into a terrine. Really nice, believe it or not.
