Hello Jamie,
I just wanted to let you know that I made the apples this morning (although I used dried cranberries as the missus isn't a big fan of raisins. Man it was easy. I went ahead and reduced the juice as well, (kept me from having to listen to Regis and Kelly!)and it was so good. Quick and simple. Just how I like my men.

Awesome...and definitely better than Regis & Kelly. :-) I think next time I'll boil down that juice too.
Why do most people not make baked apples anymore, I wonder? They're too good to not have around.
