Whole-wheat waffles with real maple syrup

Dinner
Leftover turkey soup and cornbread (see 4/2)
Steamed asparagus

Recipes:

WHOLE-WHEAT WAFFLES
2 c. Hodgson Mill Insta-Bake baking mix
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil

Whisk together thoroughly and cook in hot waffle iron. Makes about 4 large waffles.
